Property Consultant

Silvia was born in Rome where she got a degree in literature at La Sapienza University. She moved to London in '97 where, after a degree in Teaching and Education, she worked as a teacher at the Kensington and Chelsea college. 

From the beginning of her life in London she has developed a keen interest in the London property market and in 2007 started to work as a developer, buying properties and reselling them after the refurbishment. Although she doesn’t have formal training as AN architect or interior designer, she is very good at figuring out the best layout for a property in terms of functionality and enjoyability of the space.

She is mainly interested in Victorian properties and in adapting the layout to modern needs, extending it and where possible converting in flats, always respecting and maintaining the period features.

She has established working relationships with contractor and suppliers, based on trust and professionality. She has created a portfolio of properties that she lets out and manages successfully. 

Since September 2019, she has started to work as a consultant for Casa Londra in property management and as a renovation project manager. She is also involved in promoting and marketing the sales of Italian properties to a UK based clientele by collaborating with major property agents well established in International sales. She has three daughters and loves swimming and reading.
